I led the 0-to-1 product design and strategic brand refresh for Zendo’s 'Energy OS'. Partnering directly with the founders, I bridged the gap between complex AI technology and enterprise adoption, engineering the sales tools that secured the startup’s first multi-million-pound contracts.

Brand and Sales Enablement

Zendo had secured significant investment and built powerful technology, but as they came out of stealth, their outsourced, disconnected creative agency approach was proving ineffective. They were needing someone to translate complex spreadsheets into a compelling narrative and product without adding administrative burden. I stepped in to provide integrated creative leadership, moving their design execution from reactive to proactive.

Leveraging my background with the NESO UK energy platform, I led the design for Zendo's AI-powered SaaS, Energy OS. The challenge was to translate volatile, complex data into an intuitive interface that also resonated with decision-making stakeholders.

Working directly with Zendo's leadership and engineering team, I transformed technical information and requirements into user-centric, high-fidelity prototypes. These prototypes were instrumental in validating the concept with major datacentre operators, directly supporting the negotiations that secured Zendo's first two enterprise contracts.

As we defined Energy OS, I identified that Zendo’s existing website was not reflecting the innovation and progress happening behind-the-scenes.

I proactively pitched and executed a complete visual overhaul, defining a new narrative-led, premium design language that brought the company's offerings to life. To help guide their technical strategy for its implementation, I prototyped rapid deployment options in Framer to align stakeholders, before advising on the strategy for their custom, in-house build.

I have also supported sales, from overhauling their Sales Deck to creating unique tools. I advised on the approach and possible executions tailored to the objectives.


As part of their outreach drive, the team wanted to create a unique tool for their educational material. I engineered this as a fully functional Figma prototype, creating a bespoke, app-like experience without requiring a single hour of developer resources. This interactive tool empowered the team to tangibly demonstrate how Zendo maximises savings, turning a dry financial discussion into a dynamic experience that directly accelerated the C-suite sales pipeline.
